We place safety as our number one priority, ensuring a secure and successful environment for our employees and our customers. The pre-employment screening includes background checks and drug testing. Our employees complete a thorough orientation and safety training program, allowing them to report to the job site fully prepared.

The RUS mission is to maintain a working environment where every employee takes responsibility to implement, enforce, and model all safety guidelines in everything they do. The RUS Safety Division mandates ongoing safety training, refresher courses in all areas, and diligent tracking of employee safety qualifications.
